Does everything still run through you?

Step out of Product, Tech and Ops without breaking what already works.

I work as a Fractional COO for founder-led SaaS businesses to remove founder dependency across product, tech, and operations

Are You Still the Safety Net?

You’ve built real traction, but the business still relies on you to keep things moving.

Decisions, edge cases, and escalation land back on your desk. Not because your team can’t cope, but because the system hasn’t been designed to carry responsibility without you.

The issue isn’t effort. It’s how accountability and context are wired.

Are You Tired of Firefighting?

You’ve tried hiring, tools, and new processes. Things improve for a while, then drift back to you.

You stay involved because you don’t trust the system to cope under pressure.

That’s not a people problem. It’s a structural one.

Fix the machine, not the symptoms, so it can run without you being the safety net.

How I Work

Every founder’s situation is different, but the pattern is usually the same.

Start by seeing where the pressure really comes from.

Then fix the one thing that’s doing too much work.

Discovery

------- diagnostic -------

A short, founder-first diagnostic to surface where decisions, risk, and responsibility still route back to you.

We look at how product, tech, and operations actually behave under pressure, not how they’re meant to work on paper.

You leave with clarity on what’s creating dependency, what matters most to fix, and where stepping back is currently unsafe.

Spint

------- execution -------

A hands-on sprint to stabilise one high-leverage system that’s pulling you back into the day-to-day.

We fix the joins between product, tech, and ops so decisions don’t keep escalating and the business can cope without constant founder involvement.

The outcome isn’t more process. It’s one less thing that depends on you.

My Journey So Far

I’ve been where you are.

A founder juggling growth, delivery, and the weight of it all sitting on your shoulders. From the outside, the business looks solid. But behind the scenes? It’s messy. Stressful. Fragile.

I built, scaled, and sold my own software company. Raised £3.5 million. Lived through pivots, built out product and ops, led teams, and sat across from investors and acquirers. I know what it’s like to be in the weeds while trying to act like everything’s under control.

And what I learned the hard way is this:

Great products don’t scale themselves. Chaos doesn’t fix itself.

Today, I work as a Fractional CxO for SaaS founders stuck in that messy middle. I help them stabilise their operations, build leverage, and turn their businesses into scalable, investable machines.

I don’t come in with theory or corporate jargon. I come in to solve. To simplify. To get you back in control, and get your business ready for whatever’s next.

Whether you’re aiming to scale or thinking about an exit, I’ll help you fix what’s broken, fast.

The Messy Middle

You’ve built something real. The product works. Customers are paying. But the business still leans on you more than it should.

Things stall when you step back

Decisions keep escalating to you

Growth feels fragile rather than confident

You’re still the safety net when it matters

You don’t need another hire. You need a system that can cope without you being constantly involved.

The GRIT Framework

Built for founders who want a business that runs smoothly and grows on purpose, not by accident.

GRIT is a four-step system for aligning your vision, your business, and your operations, so everything moves in the same direction.

  • Ground the Vision

Get crystal clear on who you are, what you want, and where you’re really trying to go.

This isn’t about buzzwords or slide decks, it’s about defining a direction that actually means something to you and your business.

  • Review the Machine

Take an honest look at how your business runs today.

Is the machine fit for purpose?

We dig into systems, delivery, and team dynamics to see whether they support the vision, or hold it back.

  • Implement Smart Systems

Bridge the gap between the vision and the machine.

We align strategy, structure, and rhythm so every part of the business works together, clear roles, consistent delivery, and systems that don’t rely on you to hold them up.

  • Turn Up the Volume

Once everything’s in sync, we scale.

With clarity, rhythm, and confidence in place, you can turn up the volume, more growth, more speed, and more freedom without breaking what you just fixed.

"Real operational clarity"

I’ve worked alongside Paul and seen 1st hand how he operates.

Sharp, structured, and totally dialled into what early-stage SaaS founders actually need.

He’s not one of those “advisors” who just lobs theory at a business. Paul brings real operational clarity. He’s helped founders untangle messy delivery and ACTUALLY build systems that scale.

If you've built a decent growing business but feel like you're stuck in founder-mode, he’s exactly the kind of calm, strategic presence you want around the table.

"He made our job easier"

What impressed me most was Paul’s ability to take a complex concept and turn it into a polished, fan-first product.

He understood both the technical and commercial challenges, and was always proactive in solving problems before they became blockers.

Paul led from the front, brought a strong product mindset, and worked seamlessly with stakeholders on all sides.

Every deadline was met, every launch delivered. He made our job easier, and the end result better.

It was a real pleasure collaborating with Paul.

I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.
